While there is still much work to be done, well- Lucia is often telling him that even he deserves a break to enjoy what his home city has to offer. Perhaps with Rose there, he'll be more inclined to take the time.
It's a date carries more weight than it should. Between the pink on her cheeks and that- It's all he can do to hide his elation, really.
"As will I." Perhaps more than she knows, he almost says, but refrains. "I will make sure it's a day to remember."
