[She’s waiting patiently at the new guild branch, with her arms crossed and a frown. Nothing had been told to her about her new partner, save for his name. When she tried to ask about him, people laughed her off.]
[Out of the batch of teenagers to receive the title of junior bracer, Sora was the... well, he wasn't the strongest. Or the fastest. Or the smartest. Really, the only thing he had going for him was his sunny attitude and friendliness.
So when it came time to get assigned to another senior bracer, Sora didn't fully understand why the receptionist of the guild had a slight smirk on their face. He'd never really heard of Rose before, but all the other bracers had been nice so far, so what's there to worry about?
So at the arrange meeting time, he's entering the branch, eager to meet his new partner]
[What is there to worry about, indeed. Most bracers get along by being helpful and personable, but every so often there’s the odd one out that seems to be a misfit for the bracer guild entirely. If Sora’s attitude is the best thing he has going for him, Rose’s is probably the worst thing she has going for her.]
[Made all the more apparent when her first reaction to Sora’s appearance is a scowl. Fate is playing a cruel, cruel trick on her.]

[She appears to completely disregard Sora’s appearance at first, sighing heavily and shaking her head.]
That would be me, yes. Let me guess—you’re Sora, correct?
[Rose crosses her arms and sighs. It was certainly...not the appropriate response to Sora's introduction, but Rose had never really cared about leaving a good impression.]
Your everything, really. You seem like the type who's life goal is to befriend everyone he's ever met.
